Consistent poor communication from multiple optical shop employees. Typically takes 1 week longer than promised to receive glasses or lenses. When there was a problem with an order they never contacted us but instead waited for us to call when the deadline came and went. Their hours, no weekends and closing at 4pm on Fridays are not jelpful if you have a job. We will not be returning as customers despite our opthmologist's recommendation because the communication from thwm is so terrible.
