Im giving two stars because I really love my nurse practitioner Heather Heck. But, this facility Inland Endocrine is so very poorly run. Communication is terrible, instructions are terrible, the only good communication comes from Heather herself. There is an assigned medical team and they each have the personality of Sidney Sweeny. Monotone and couldn't care less. It makes the facility untrustworthy.
