I am giving Dr. McClay one star for showing up to the appointment, otherwise I would have given him ZERO stars. I went to see him for my child's sleep apnea and he was asking irrelevant questions and completely dismissed my observations of my child not having any allergy symptoms and his breathing during sleep. He sent us home with instructions to use saline nasal sprays. While I am not a trained medical professional, last time I checked I don't think saline sprays does anything to help with sleep apnea. Tongue Tie release -clipping for 10 weeks old baby. We had our baby referred to dr McClay for her tongue tie. As the tongue tie was not interfering with breastfeeding we didn't want to do the procedure. Dr McClay was definitely inclined to not doing the procedure until he was ablento check iur baby and he said it was pretty severe and the chances to develop speech issues were high. Dr. McClay is fantastic. Waiting time is hit or miss but I haven't seen it be excessive.
Every time I’ve been to this office with my toddler it’s been a 1-2 hour wait to be seen, with having a pre scheduled appointment. We will not be coming back just for that fact. Other people in the waiting room have reported the same experience.
