Be careful of Sarah… she’s nasty and does not know how to speak with patients! I was very offended by the way she spoke to me on the phone and it was down right disgusting! Doctor was great but he needs to hire more professional staff… absolutely unacceptable! And Sarah just called to apologize stating she knows her delivery is “harsh”????? Maybe you shouldn’t be in healthcare or customer service? I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day but you don’t speak to patients like this and then hang up on top of everything! WARNING RED FLAGS WERE EVERYWHERE. I CAME WITH CRONIC PAIN .Immediately , an endoscopy was suggested. I politely declined and asked for an alternative. ( capsule camera).JZ said "ok set it up with the front desk," then walked out. We could tell this wasn't going to go smoothly. Just a few minutes before, JZ was a happy man .
