The review is for the administrative staff. They're irresponsible and refuse to service me unless I pay for the charges that they failed to collect from my insurance company. It turned out that the claim they submitted never went over to my insurance company and nobody follows up the case since July. Furthermore, they never informed me about the issue with the claim until I show up for my appointment today. I have to pay $2000 out of my pocket to get my tooth serviced today. NOT HAPPY about it
In December of 2015 I had a freak accident that damaged a front tooth and mouth. I was hit in the mouth while using a hedge trimmer to do yard work. Dr John Wise is a truly compassionate doctor and received me that day without an appointment. I chose him to be my oral surgeon for that reason. He began surgeries in January of 2016 which involved pulling my front tooth, bone grafting, and an implant. I felt no pain, and trusted him. He did an amazing job! Thank you Dr Wise for restoring my smile!
I was very nervous about getting a dental implant. Dr. Wise was very professional, kind, and calmed my nerves right away. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed during my visits. I never had a long wait and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
the office staff were kind and caring, made you really at ease. dr wise is an excellent oral surgeon. I had 8 lower teeth extracted and immediate dentures put in . I had anesthesia which was excellent.Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. dr wise explained every thing that he was doing. I am on day 2 and have little pain thanks to the great care that I received.
