Fantastic Anethesiologist but BUYER BEWARE!! most frustrating payment collection/reimbursement process I've ever experienced. I was required to pay cash upfront of $1,000 for anethesia during a root canal . The only paperwork I received was a thermal credit card receipt which Insurance won't accept. I've made numerous calls over past year to get resolved. I'm now told no receipts are provided other than what I got???
