Whoever answered the phone was rude and had no compassion. She didn’t care that my husband was just at the ER and is in pain. All she care was about a referral. Shame on her, she should not be working in the healthcare industry.
Did not have to wait long to see Dr. Demicco. He was very thorough and spent a good amount of time discussing my issue and treatment options. All the staff were very pleasant.
My favorite doctor by far! He and his PA, Erin, take time with you, never blow off your concerns, and really work with you to find solutions to health issues. Got my PsA in remission!! Great rheumatologist but also treats the whole body. I just can't say enough about him AND Erin.
I had my first appointment with the doctor today. It went great. He's very thorough and took the time to ask about my condition. I'm excited to work with him in the future. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. The MA was sweet and had a great personality! I've worked in the healthcare field for almost 30 years as a practice administrator and I know what to look for. It was a wonderful visit!
