We never got into to see the doctor. the staff on the phone was so rude it was unbelievable., I could not believe my ears. told the person on the phone that my spouse had been in pain for months and needed medical treatment. But the woman on the phone had zero compassion. My spouse has been in unbearable pain for months and nothing we tried has worked we were hoping that this doctor appointment help end the pain and suffering. How did someone like this get into the health care profession
