Saw Dr Lowery who is there to cover scripts, and patients, etc. This is due to no other Dr's being in practice. My last PCP left so I had to see Dr John Lowery. Saw chart for 15min, He could not locate one of my surgeries on the chart, was making medication adjustments without having full knowledge and experience with everything going on with me.
