My total right knee replacement has been a fantastic experience. With the expected pain and discomfort aside, the recovery from sugery has been fantastic. From start to finish, everyone with Dr Limbers team have been absolutely outstanding-nurses and physios included. In the coming weeks I expect to recover further and will be eternally grateful for the opportunity to have this surgery. Thanks Dr Limbers and your Team.
Since my review below, back in March '25, I have had a partial replacement on my LH knee in early August. I was walking with a frame next day and then without any form of assistance on the second day after the operation. After 9 years of increasingly reduced outdoors mobility, I feel at least 10 years younger. My knees have no constraints on flexibility or speed of walking and no pain in moving or kneeling. First thing doctor limbers said to me at first consultation was let’s give you a better life and that’s exactly what him and his team did ,it’s been 8 weeks since having both orthopaedic knees done and walking free of pain after 3weeks , I was recommended by numerous people about this outstanding surgeon and they where exactly right , cheers
I had a hip replacement in April and cannot say enough positive things about my experience, from the support staff, the anaesthetist and obviously the surgeon - Dr Limbers. I had the operation on the Thursday and was out and at home on the Friday. My recovery was steady and I was amazed at how soon it was a case of "what hip?" when peopled asked about my hip replacement.
