I went to John Lenz for about 5 years. The staff was always kind. The Dr. was always a bit pompous. The kicker was, in December, they called me as I was driving home from work to see if I could make it that day because of a cancellation. I came in and was talking to the lady at the front desk. And as I was walking to the exam room I happen to look behind me and the Dr. was in his office and had his middle finger up directed at me. The establishment speaks for itself.
The first time I went, everything seemed great. My second appointment for a cleaning, I was told after waiting for 20 minutes, that Dr. Lenz was stuck in traffic. For how long? I completely understand that life and emergencies happen, but the office opened up at 11AM. At some point he had to realize he wasn't going to be there on time. No one knew when he was going to arrive....whether it was in 15 minutes or another hour. Nice office, and staff. I moved recently and was looking for a new dentist close by. Dr. Lenz struck me as someone that's genuine, honest and cares about his patient's health.
