We have been seeing Doc Sabatini for close to thirty years. He is thorough, patient, kind, and well-informed. He keeps up with new treatments (e.g., when Lyme vaccine came out) and updates (e.g., a year later when it was found that vaccine was ineffective). He never prescribes medication without necessity; he has always followed protocol—except for refills, he has to see you to prescribe. Very responsible. Dr. Sabatini is a wonderful & caring doctor. I have been a patient for over 25 years.
Doctor is ok, if not always as thorough as I’d like. But the staff has been rude on multiple occasions, and either incompetent or just can’t be bothered. Problems with one prescription after another; communicating with them about correcting their mistakes is incredibly frustrating.
Lately the receptionist hasn't been very kind at the desk . She came off like she didn't like me. And I never really had her before. Before the women that worked at the desk were welcoming. Made you feel heard and seen . I had my initial appointment on 3/3rd. Yes I was 15mins late. Sick as a dog. That's why I was late. I had a hard time getting ready. Had to stop a couple times to catch my breath and rest a minute. And drive myself there.. I believe that I had pneumonia with the flu. And My cough was horrible. It became hard... read more
