Dr Palcheff came highly recommended but the problem is I only saw him once for about 20 seconds so I have no idea how to rate him. I made an appointment to see him so that he would be my doctor and all I see is the nurse practitioner. I'm really not comfortable with this and wasn't asked if I was okay with it. I thought I was making an appointment with the doctor himself. So I hope I get a chance to do just that so that I can give a fair rating and review.
