Excellent Dr !! Although my husband of 16 years passed after 2 years, Dr Niles prolonged his life. He had gpa vasculitis after having a sinus infection. Brilliant doctor, saved my husbands life. But the perfect example of profits over patients. The original staff left a longtime ago when the clinic grew in success, is run by his wife who is greeting card fake, and a variety of MGH staff nurses. The reception is rude, and dramatically removes earbuds when asked a question. Their treatment of family members and companions is nothing short of disrespectful. All under a facade of caring.
