This was the worst dental experience that I have ever had. The staff is rude and unprofessional especially the blond chubby receptionist. The Dr is never there and they are only open like 1 day a week for the sleep apnea mouth piece. I was very excited to finally have a device to help me with my sleep apnea so I took time out of my schedule to get fitted for a mouth piece. I do not recommend Dr. John Lee Farringer at Green Hills Dental Group for treatment of sleep disorders. I do a lot of traveling and was referred to him for a consultation to see if I would be a good candidate for an oral appliance to treat my obstructive sleep apnea. The experience I had was unacceptable, unprofessional, and very costly. When making an appointment I was informed that Dr. Farringer only works one day a week and found it difficult to get an appointment; especially follow-up appointments.
