Told my 16 year old he had parasomnias. After 1.5 years of tests, medicine, and memory damage, we got a second opinion and learned they were actually seizures. Ruined 2 years of academics and impacted his college applications. He's finally on meds that work, is sleeping more than an hour at a time, and not damaging his brain every night. Terrible bedside manner and diagnosed based on what would keep a patient coming back instead of what is really happening so the patient can get help. Stay as far away as you can.

I should not have to select 5 options to reach someone to be told they would have to transfer me to the right area every time I call. I really like Rebecca Snader and Dr Eickholt but office staff can make it break an office.

I agree that something's not right with this practice. It has been my experience that no one answers the phone when I call and I have called numerous times.

This place is a joke. My husband and I both had sleep studies to give his office, and we never received any information back regarding the results. We have been trying to get in contact with them for over a year now. Every time we call, no one answers the phone and when we leave messages they don't return phone calls. My husband now has a broken CPAP machine oh, and we can't get anyone to do a new order because they won't respond back. Avoid this office at all costs if you can.
