Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Kok. I’m still waiting for my results, and despite saying he would call me, I’ve heard nothing — it’s now been over a week. I had to chase everything myself, including requesting my own tests, which should never be the patient’s responsibility. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and the lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr John Kok has been an exceptional specialist ! He is not only highly professional and also friendly and approachable !! I’m so lucky to meet such an excellent doctor……
