very friendly and welcoming attitude. professional and quick to come to the issue. don't try to unnecessary patients for know reason. I like his attitude and every year come from far away.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Kok. I’m still waiting for my results, and despite saying he would call me, I’ve heard nothing — it’s now been over a week. I had to chase everything myself, including requesting my own tests, which should never be the patient’s responsibility. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and the lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr John Kok has been an exceptional specialist ! He is not only highly professional and also friendly and approachable !! I’m so lucky to meet such an excellent doctor……
