The doctor was helpful, but the office staff is so uncaring. The girls upfront tried to charge me $40 because they said I had no showed twice. I politely corrected them and told them I had called the day before the appointments and the girl on the phone rescheduled me. I told them, if there is a fee, no one ever told me about it when I called to reschedule. They said, “Oh, she must have missed that.” Terrible patient service. I paid the $40 and left without seeing the doctor. I will not be going back there.
Horrible mannerisms, pushy to get surgery but doesn't explain why or what will be done. They just continually call to schedule you for surgery. I asked for my x-rays and was told the only way I could receive them was to drive 45 mins to a Dr. I didn't want to see again. Rude, pushy, and cattle like treatment. Don't waste your time.
Bo was absolutely disgustingly rude over the phone. One bad person in his office can turn people away. So unprofessional.
Dr. J.T. Knight—- took away my pain. I had trigger thumb on right hand. I had waited way too long to do anything about it and it became frozen. With the job I do for the railroad, I felt completely helpless. I went to Dr. Knight and it was such a good idea. I had originally gone to another doctor. But I wasnt pleased with him. Dr. Knight was the right choice for me. Also the surgical center Argyle was amazing! My thumb is healing ..it works the way it should! And best of all the pain is all GONE! Thank you Dr. Knight!!!
