Dalia is the only person in the office I’ve been able to speak with. After being told medication would be mailed and not receiving it after two weeks, I called to follow up. . She was very rude. Speaks over you and doesn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her. She says she’ll call back the next day that she needs to check with doctor and then doesn’t. Dr. Kilgore has been a blessing. He takes the time to listen and has always taken time to help find the best people to refer to when needed. The office staff has been awesome as well.
