Such a kind, compassionate physician
After an amazing career, Dr Rugge retires today. I'd like to THANK him for statring & managing Hudson Headwaters Health Network as it's been noted by many as one of Anerica's finest rural health systems. Great job Doc, enjoy your future time & we all wish you many years if happiness!!
Dr Rugge has been an excellent primary care doctor for me for twenty five years. He is understanding, easy to talk to, skilled and if not for him I most likely wouldn’t be here. I wouldn’t have anyone else, thank you Dr. Rugge!
The health center is a great place for patients to be seen. I would never reccomend Dr Rugge as he is negligent when it comes to his patient care. He should not be allowed to practice medicine, if he is your doctor get a second opinion, it could be a matter of life and death.
