I have been fortunate to have Dr. Dooley as my dentist for over 15 years. My husband and I are both surgeons and we have had wacky schedules and, of course, tooth pain never happens from 8 to 5. When I first went to Dr. Dooley, I had a toothache and saw my previous dentist who could not remedy the situation. Dr. Dooley evaluated my problem and was able to determine the proper solution and fixed my pain that day. What a blessing! He and his staff go above and beyond for all his patients. Okay dentist, unethical practice. I went to Dr. Dooley twice yearly, as one does with a dentist in the mid to late 2010s for 4 or 5 years. When I needed a filling replaced, I asked what it would cost -- I have an HSA and can pay for it through that, but want to know the cost. His office told me that "With your insurance it will be" and quoted something around a couple hundred dollars. I agreed, and when I went in to get the work done, it was about $50 more.
