He is one of the best family physicians I have found. He has always been very thorough and actually cares about how his patients are doing!

6 mo issue with not returning faxes, telephone calls, ignored refill requests for life sustaining meds or properly filling out the paperwork for a medical bed. The medical bed acct went to collections & was at the expense of the patient when it was just a recertification to keep the bed. I've had to get CEOs involved to get anything done with this matter. Was finally resolved but. Now, there's an outstanding bill in collections that we've disputed.
