The front desk lady sent my paper to Doylestown LabCorp, but I decided to go to Lansdale, because they open on Saturdays. I called her to have the lab paperwork sent to Lansdale, but she insisted, “You are in their system.” I informed her that I had checked on Google and found that I probably will not on all systems. After enduring 14 hours of fasting, I arrived at LabCorp to discover that I was not in their system. I must say, I really dislike dealing with New Britain Family Practice.
The entire family of ours, three generations have been taken excellent care of since day one by Dr. Portion and the nurse. We couldn't live healthy lives without them.
I have found the office very professional and Dr. Porrino a very caring and detailed doctor who listens to their patients.
Very very rude front desk!!!!!! I said my name, then try to ask whether Dr. John as a DO would see me based on my symptom, but before I finish my sentence, she interrupted with a very impatient tone "what is your name? we start from a name"
