The sincerity of concern, willingness to work with my difficult schedule, the thorough work up to my diagnosis and the medical advice given to live a full life by Dr. John Miller, the Receptionists and my EEG Rn was truly heart warming. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and genuinely recommend this Neurologist.
Though he is a very educated and efficient Dr. He needs to remember patient empathy. He was EXTREMELY rude to me in front of my eighteen year old daughter’s appointment when she was being checked for Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed with the disease a few months prior to my daughter’s appointment. He was so rude to me when I asked a question my daughter started crying out of stress. I tried to not explode at him. Dr. Miller and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have been a patient here for 4 years and they always take the best care of me. He is willing to help, listens to my concerns carefully, and coordinates care with my other providers. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for your local neurology needs, he is the best!
