Too many steroids
After he was removed from Flowers Hospital and went solo I had a horrible experience. The staff was untrained and he began relying on mass numbers of clients for profit. The urinalysis person allowed dozens of samples to sit altogether with sticky notes on them to ‘process later’. I saw Dr Marsella today for a complicated medical history. He was thorough, answered every question, gave me honest opinion on my next steps, and I waited in the lobby a total of 5 minutes. I work at a surgery clinic and give a lot of grace but today it was honestly AS pleasant of an experience one could have at a doctors office.
I've been a patient for over 20 years, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else. They are courteous and helpful, not to mention empathetic. The staff is great. Recent waiting times have been nearly non-existent.
I set out trying to get a new pain management doctor and I found Dr marsella to be extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. The office staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. Appointments were set up quickly as were the needed procedures. The nurse practioner was very easy to talk to . I'm glad I found this group.
