A friend who knew Dr. Knightly referred me to him. He spoke to him about my issue and the doctor was kind enough to see me. And that’s where it ended. He didn’t care about my scans, or reports, and simply said “well, try pain management and physical therapy.” I found another doctor who looked at my scans and said, “there is a great deal of instability in her neck. Dr Knightly diagnosed the problem in my spine C6-C7 when others could not. He performed the surgery and my life changed- I was once again able to do all the sports and physical activities I could previously do. I have total trust in him.
Everything from his office to his staff, and to him was so comforting and kind and top-notch. He really truly carves out time just to spend with you going over everything. He said stuff that nobody had said to me before and completely made me feel at ease and gave me a treatment plan first without surgery to see if that works. I highly recommend him!!!
Dr Knightly is a wonderful caring surgeon. Who really takes his time to explain your condition with you in terms you can understand. I had a minimally invasive lumbar laminectomy on 10/3/23 and so far so good. I wouldn’t trust my spine with any other neurosurgeon. I am so grateful that he was able to take me on as a patient. Not only is dr knightly wonderful but everyone at Altair Health has been wonderful as well. God bless dr knightly and his staff! If I could I would give him 100 stars!

Dr was very informative using the pictures of my mri to show us exactly where my problem areas are in my back. He did a thorough exam of my back, explained all options, listened and answered all questions.Office staff was also very helpful and friendly.
