This is my second time here and both time they were running behind my appt was st a 11 am and here it is 1:20 and I still haven't gone back yet..ugh
I started Trying to schedule appointments for very painful heartburn in August, 2023. Everyone of them was canceled. Finally, in November I went in and they said they had called to cancel that Appt. (3rd Cancelation). January, 2024, 4th Appt., Went in and they said they didn't have my appt scheduled. I insisted on seeing someone. Saw the NP. She scheduled some test after telling me Dr. Delgado was no longer working at TGH so my Insurance may not cover him. I told this to the Scheduler and that rude lady threw my Rx in the tr... read more
Unprofessional and incompetent office staff. Day of procedure was a nightmare, in office waiting room 2 hours, then 2 more hours undressed, in a flimsy gown, waiting my turn. Highly recommend NOT going to this Dr. or his office. After all this, procedure was deemed “poor prep.” And told I need to reschedule. Never again with this group!
Seen this doctor at Tampa General. After following up, I was told they would do a colonoscopy in 3 months so, I went to see another doctor for the colonoscopy. When I told them, they canceled out my follow-up. My doctor had to refer me back and they still have not given me answers and I'm still suffering in pain as they told on me the last time on the phone that the doctor will call you between patients. If I could give this office staff a 0 for professionalism I would! I seen the nurse practitioner on my firs visit because the doctor was not available . Why would you schedule an appointment with the doctor and hes not there.....that was a bad sign right there. So I finish the appointment and about 3 weeks later I called and Lesandra as she addressed herself answered the phone on my second time calling and advised me that I wasn't his only patient and hung up on me.
