Called office for appt. I was told I’d have to be a member of some program of theirs for $2700 a year! They’ll do all the stuff for that 2700 dollars that my insurance would pay for without billing my insurance. SERIOUSLY.
How do I get the front desk to call me back? I’ve called several times & get no one to answer & after leaving my name, birthdate & phone number, there’s no call back. I’m trying to set up a doctor here, after moving from VA. If they’re not taking new patients or patients my age, why can’t they call & just tell me?? Any suggestions?
Dr John Ramsbottom is in my opinion an effective primary care specialist. He listens to answers to the questions he asks you and he reacts accordingly…he communicates tests results effectively and listens to most of the feedback given…in great regard he is a typical primary care physician…listens and reacts…a great primary care specialist looks at the depth of medical issues and asks questions about circumstances that “might” lead to certain situations. Dr Ramsbottom and his staff are the epitome of professionalism while always projecting kindness. Best healthcare decision I have made!
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Ramsbottom for over 3 years and he is absolutely awesome!!! He is very, very responsive when we urgently need him!!! His staff is also very knowledgeable andI concerned about our health. He always has the answers that we need about vaccines or new advances.
