I have had several orthopedic surgeries in addition to Oregon, in 3 different states: Michigan, Florida and Arizona. Dr. Melton is the best anesthesiologist I have had for the following reasons: excellent people skills; compassionate; trustworthy; explains total procedure and anesthetic to be used in a timely fashion (doesn't come in to introduce himself when you are already half-asleep). I have to have some more surgery and I am going to request Dr. Melton as my anesthesiologist.
