Susan Keller was one of the most diabolically rude old ladies I’ve ever met in my entire life. I genuinely don’t know why they hired her. She called out, cut “therapy” short, and aggressively berated me for fidgeting during her “therapy” as if I were a child, and in the end just completely wasted my time while being extremely rude and hostile. I would have had a better therapeutic experience administering rectal medication to a blind dog with vertigo.

Stephanie, though now part time, has truly transformed my life and I'm eternally grateful that John G Kuna and Associates hired her. I've had nothing, but positive experiences since working with her and feel that's very representative of the experience you'll have with any therapist you're connected with when you use them.

Constant cancellations of telehealth appointments while waiting for a call. Literally waited 30 mins and 45 mins. First appointment was counselor was late and then cut the session short. So out of 3 appointments, first was late and short and the other 2 were cancelled without notice 30 and 45 mins after the session was to begin. Not a good way to introduce a teen to counseling in the hopes of fostering healthy outlets.
