My family and I have seen Dr. Kemberling over the past 15+ years. He has consistently been friendly, thorough, and professional. We are quite happy with him as our PCP.
I saw Dr. Serrano a month ago abput back pain and was diagnosed with herniated discs pinching my sciatict nerve and Dr. Kemberling is listed as my primary..after several phone calls for an appointment I was denied until I had physical therapy. I am in intense pain, a 12 at best on the scale, and have received no relief from a doctor I have never met. 6 years ago I had this pain, this time is 3 times worse, and I have received no help until I have PT.
