I just spoke with “Ruby”…I’m assuming she’s a secretary. Ruby thought it to be professional to hang up on me because I asked to speak with the doctor who we’ve been trying to talk to for nearly a month now. She also told me that it was not normal to talk to the doctor via phone even after I told her the patient was hospitalized and that I’m requesting a conference call. I just got off the phone with the receptionist at Dr Creeks office she was nice nasty and mean to me I asked her what her name was she awarded the question I asked again before she hung up on me quite rude you don't expect that from a doctor's office I don't know who this generation thinks they are that's not how you treat people and I found out who she is when I go to my appointment God bless her
5:12pm departure time. This is an unprofessional visit. I guess I must have frustrated the individuals who picked this career field, by asking to have an answer to my problem. Before leaving, these words floating in the hallway were, "I don't know what's going on here but these are hospital hours". Needless to say I was the last patient so it was obvious that the comment was directed towards anyone there after 5. Thank you for your service and time management you chose the right field.
Dr. Creel’s staff is amazing! If you are looking for a nice family practice PCP, I highly recommend them!
