This is a rating for the group itself!! They can't see one of Dr. FRONTERA'S patients until mid-March. The patient has MS and double vision happening. When I said I would try and find someone else who could see him sooner, his assistant hung up on me!!!

It’s not possible to give 0 stars or I would. The front office staff is rude and I didn’t even make it past that point. Have been seen by NGPG for years with multiple different specialists and primary care and they have always been able to pull up my insurance since they kept my card a long time ago but this office rudely said I had to have my card and then while still standing there without ever looking at me asked the person behind me if they could help her. If I could give no stars, I would. My father is an Alzheimer’s patient. This doctor has a terrible bedside manner with no concern for his patients whatsoever. After relaying my father’s diagnosis to him, he could not get out of the room fast enough and told us there was nothing else he could do. Obviously Alzheimer’s is what it is, but some compassion and assistance with resources could have gone a long way.
