Extremely rude inconsiderate staff and manager. Should cater to elderly but they staff is mean rude condescending and dismissive. My mother has dementia and used to be a patient here. Then her doctor retired. The new doctor had little experience with memory issues and had zero bedside manner. My mom gets confused whether to go to Exeter or here. She sometimes uses the lab here. Negligent. Sexually inapproproate
Saw her when I was in hospital. She made rude remarks and the hospitalist had to talk to her. He apologized for her behavior. She utterly refused to treat me at all after in follow up appointments. I had to find another GI doctor. She refused to examine me. Had daily vomiting and stomach upset with other GI issues. Did not run any tests either. Proclaimed it must be stress. I am now on long term nursing home care in my home but she wrote me off.
Best care in 17 years of post Leukemia conditions. Very quick to respond, super staff, very kind.

Very disappointing practitioner. Not very interested in what is happening in child’s life other than what is happening right there in front of her in the office. If you have a kid that needs a medical provider more than once a year for all the check up forms for school and camp, this is not the one you want to see.
