Dr Faillace did my carpel tunnel release surgery when he was practicing in Waco. Great experience! My surgery was a huge success; I only wish he was still in Waco so he could fix my other hand. If I can get insurance to cover out of network, I'm going to Galveston!
Horrible bedside manner. Did not answer my medicL questions and rushed me out of the room. After nearly 12 weeks, my hand is worse than before the surgery. Unfortunately, this is the only hand doc at UTMB. This is substandard. Recommend you find another surgeon.
