Dr. visit went fine BUT 3 MONTHS LATER I'm STILL WAITING for them to send the pre-authorization request for a sleep study test!!! I had to have my insurance company call them & they make excuses & still delay in making a "10 minute" (according to staff) request process through the insurance company's portal. Not happy right now!! It makes me wonder how efficient they will be if I ever get my study done! 🤬 Scroll down to Lisa's post. She's right on the mark!
