I have not had the chance to meet Dr Meehan, so I have no direct view about him. My concern is his employees, they are very discriminatory and best described as racist. Below is my detailed experience. I was referred to the facility by my doctor for eye examination, immediately I got to the receptionist, she asked for my insurance, I gave it to her and she said she has never seen the New York State employee insurance.
