They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time.
