Brought in my MRI, recieved phone call for initial appointment . All went well, Dr Cooley scheduled a pain relief procedure on my back and it went very well, 95 % relief for going on 5 months . Just because the ofc staff gets a 2, dr Clooney gets a 5
Very frustrated with front desk person who can't tell me if Dr. Cooney takes BCBS Select plans...was told that there are too many plans to keep track of. So now I have to track down the insurance company to find out. Why are good doctors with bad staff?
