Amazing, very knowledgeable, best bed side manner! First ENT that truly listened and took my concerns legitimately. I now have a cochlea and am so impressed. He’s great with kids too makes it fun and engaging as to keep them calm!!!!
The doctor himself did great , asked questioned, listened. The bad review is for office personnel. Unorganized, no concept. My appointment was two weeks ago, was told she was off until Mondayvthen she would schedule my cat scan on my sinuses, now two weeks later I’ve heard NOTHING! I had ear aches a month prior to being referred, 2 antibiotics no results hence referral. Now I’m three months out same problem no results. Waste of time loss time from work for nothing. Extremely unprofessional. My husband can barely STAND because of a concussion and broken nose. They asked us to be here at 1230 to do paperwork. Medical transport dropped us off and now we are standing outside waiting because they're on lunch break. Obviously everyone deserves a lunch break, but don't tell your SICK AND INJURED patients to be there at a certain time, of you aren't even going to let them come into the building to sit down.
