Pick your surgeon wisely …Sadly worst experience ever. I felt like I was blown off continuously when I called or left messages or Vm . I was told my messages would be forwarded. I barely got to see the surgeon or talk to him. The PA Brandie is his gatekeeper. She was very dismissive and condescending. She actually doubted my pain. I was referred to Dr. Edwards by three trusted friends "in the know" within the medical community for my back surgery. I am writing this review because when I saw the limited number of google reviews and a 4.2 out of 5 rating I was a bit hesitant to go under the knife with him. However post surgery I can happily say that I wouldn't get surgery with anyone else. If you want the best.... this is guy!! Period
Going through a PA, who is very knowledgeable and talented themselves is a very small price to pay to be able to see Dr. Edwards himself. With the help of Alex, his PA, and Dr. Edwards skilled hands and a prayer, I am enjoying my life once again. Dr, Edwards and his team have helped several of my neighbors and friends back to a normal, happier life. Please be patience with an occasionally slip up with appt. Dr. Edwards, Alex and staff will do their best to help you. I am grateful for Dr. Edward’s skills and knowledge.
I have had surgery done by John Edwards before and he is great. His office, not so much. I made an appointment for 9am. Recieved a text a few days prior confiming 9am. Came in for my appointment and they told me it was at 10:40. I said no, showed them my confirmation and the receptionist said it looks like they changed it. I toold them no one called me.
