Dr. Poults was 30 minutes late to work causing me to lay around with a needle in my arm, tires, cold and hungry. From chat I heard by staff this is his usual pattern. When I was finally rolled into the procedure room he didn’t introduce himself or even say good morning. He asked before my gurney even stopped rolling if I “had any problems”. Dr. Poulos & his support staff have always given me excellent care and attention for over the last 15 years. He has my complete and total trust and confidence when it comes to the many health issues I have had over the years. Always....always professional in every aspect of my care and concerns. By far, the most friendly and professional doctor office I have been a patient in the Fayetteville/Raleigh/Durham area. Shout-out to all who work there! Dr. Poulos did colonoscopies on me and my husband around 2005 and 2006 respectively. He was fantastic. He is very brisk and to the point. Let us know exactly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He is the consummate professional and I wish I still lived close enough to use his practice for my gastrointestinal needs.

Office staff is rude. The doctor spent approximately 2 minutes with me and would not listen to anything I said. He had his mind made up on what was wrong with me before he even walked in the room. Scheduled me for a colonoscopy with no follow-up appointment. When I called later to ask for a follow-up, the nurse told me none was necessary. I will definitely look for a different doctor. It's way too expensive to see a specialist who doesn't care.
I am totally satisfied with Dr. Poulos and his staff. I believe the office is one of the best run medical offices I have ever been in and it shows.
