Dr.Bitner is great, but his office staff is not, Always request and keep appointment cards, drove a long way from home to office for an appointment only to be told that I didn't have an appointment, this is not the first time it has happened , not a nice thing for folks who live on a limited income and cannot afford to waste gas, very disappointed visit on 5/8/24
