I don’t know what the issue is with the office management personnel. But you won’t even get a simple email response or call back after I attempted several phone calls and an email request for an appointment. Nothing! A big thing were missing. Your medicine is empathy. If a patient shows up late or something happens, it might be subject to a cancellation fee, Etc. You have to hold yourselves to a higher standard by responding to patients in a timely manner. Dr. Dunn is one of the best specialists I’ve ever dealt with. He performed surgery on my mom’s wrist after a serious fall. Initially, the surgery couldn’t be done because of her blood pressure, but instead of turning us away, he recommended the right steps and followed up until she was cleared. When the time came, he and his team were attentive, compassionate, and truly showed genuine concern. Their care and professionalism exceeded our expectations — I’m very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Dunn.
Dr dunn is a very nice gentleman who thinks of the patients well being and he is an extremely talented surgeon. He fixed my broken hand and did a wonderful job.
I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Dunn, his bedside manners, and his staff. My scars look beautiful and I’m back at the gym, light weight but great motion. I highly recommend him!
We had a fractured thumb and nail avulsion and they got us in quickly. He was very patient and explained everything to us. The office staff was quick and kind. The tech was gentle bandaging the wound. I would recommend this office and Dr.
