Dr Stansell and Stephen Moore (Physician Assistant) are above reproach. I treasure both of them, and they are the sole reason why I rated this office as three stars instead of none. However, the ancillary staff that surrounds them is, in my opinion and based my experience over the past 8 years or so (since Dr Stansell joined EMC), is regrettably simply not up to the task.
