Dr. McCarthy’s staff is the worst! The older woman who answers the phone should retire by now. Can’t get anyone to answer and send me results for 3 weeks now. Their hours have changed and they are in the office 2 days a week. I called again to ask if she can email me results still have not received

Excellent Dr. McCarthy and PA Bruno. So glad I go there. They take their time and explains everything.
I’ve been a Patient of Dr.McCarthy’s for 20+ years. Spoke to his receptionist, Madelyn (huge attitude problem) about a family emergency and requested office (PA or Dr) to see a family member with intention to get bloodwork done. In our conversation I was reminded of the constant problem with the receptionists here for as long as I can remember.
