The providers are wonderful. The front desk, billing and scheduling are another story. My daughter and I were patients for 5 years at the Torrington practice and were happy until the last year. Scheduled appointments are constantly changed, payment plans set up are canceled after every payment and letters threatening collections are sent. I drove myself to the hospital in active labor around 1 AM and Dr. Benzoni told me I wasn't in labor and locked me saying "you know this isn't labor right?" I drove myself home and the contractions were getting worse so I called the Dr. Office this was 2 or 3 hours after I left the hospital and Dr. Berry told me to take Benadryl and a warm shower and go to sleep. Dr. Trymbulak asks questions in a very rude and insensitive way. I was shocked by the stupid questions she asked me, that had nothing to do with what came in there for. She needs more training on how to speak properly to trauma survivors. She made me cry and I will not go back to her.

There was one lady I talked to the first time I contacted this practice, I believe her name was Alissa.. After that, my experience was terrible. All of the receptionists were extremely standoffish and unwelcoming. They barley said a word to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. I also overheard one of them being rude to another patient. I’ll never go back.

I have heard good things about her but if you are pregnant definitely see someone else. She does not respond well to questions and has horrible bedside manor.

I have been a patient at this facility for over 35 years. During the pandemic appointments were cancelled ( I thought) and I missed a appointment but rescheduled it. They charged a $50.00 fee even though I rescheduled this appointment that day! I am a RN and people have to cancelled, miss appointments and cancel every day. I never missed a appointment before and was not aware of this charge.

I was a patient of Dr. Durstin's because it was close to my home and I saw she had good reviews online. It was the worst mistake I ever made. Her office staff is incredibly rude each and every time you visit. You would think that being an office staff by women and for women that they would treat other women with respect and dignity, but that was not the case.
