I love Dr. Lorenzetti! He cares! He makes my health a priority. He helped through the toughest time of my life. I will always be grateful.
Dr. Lorenzetti himself and the nurse were very pleasant. The reception girls in the front were BEYOND rude. But the plus size fat receptionist girl in particular was very mean. Strike one was when she confirmed my information in a loud voice while I was checking in, for everyone else to hear (which goes against HIPPA). To make matters worse, she was very mean to a patient who knew a limited amount of English.
