Dr. Gross and his staff provide impeccable care. As a health professional I have been on both sides. As a patient it is very important that my doctor provides education and a heart to actually listen. Dr. Gross gives both. patience in answering questions and talking about the future plan of care. I owe my sight to him. It has improved greatly. Thank you Dr. Gross!
I had two perfect cataract surgeries performed by Dr Gross. Now, that in itself is not unexpected, but I have significant “white coat fear”. But, not with Dr Gross. I never felt anything but a desire to get the eyes fixed, and I knew that Dr. Gross would take the best of care with me. I cannot recommend him any higher, and I urge you to see what he is all about.
