Facility cannot perform FAA medical exams for 1st or 2nd class
Absolutely atrocious to say the least. Any Pilots looking for an FAA Medical Exam of any kind I say stay away. A terrible examiner, with little knowledge of the industry and what is needed for the exam. We numerously tried to get information from the doctors office for the FAA and they 1) took days to do it 2) sent the wrong things three times. Dr. Dang does not engage with his patient. I felt as if he didn't care and did not give me a fair evaluation. He was in and out of my room in 30 seconds. He was also very sarcastic when I tried to explain my symptoms but did not allow me to speak. He made me feel like I was not experiencing any illness. I was administered a shot by the nurse and I was on my way after waiting for almost hour and half. I spoke with the manager but basically it was a dead end conversation. Horrible service! Went in for a scheduled appointment at 2. Went and asked at 2:45 if I would be seen anytime soon. Shortly after was did all the work leading up to the part with the doctor and he is gone on lunch break and won't be back anytime soon. Had to leave without my FAA exam and just waste 2 hours.
